Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary School has been recognized as one of the top-10 Title 1 schools in the state of North Carolina for closing the achievement gap. The award, presented by the North Carolina Association of Federal Education Program Administrators (NCFEPA), is based on CWES’ 2023-2024 academic achievement data.

Ms. Nunes, Data Manager at Coltrane-Webb STEM, was recognized as the Cabarrus County Schools district winner of the Recognizing Inspiring School Employees (RISE) Classified Employee of the Year award! This award honors and promotes classified school employees who provide exemplary service to students. Congratulations Ms. Nunes!

Coltrane-Webb was re-designated as a Model STEM School of Distinction by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction at the North Carolina Board of Education meeting in September 2024.
