Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary school has 67% of our students projected to qualify for free and reduced lunch; therefore, our school qualifies again this school year for Title I funding and services. We will receive approximately $179,859.93 which will be utilized to increase student achievement, support family and parent engagement, and purchase additional instructional supplies/resources. More specifically, with Title I funds and services we can fund one teacher, two teacher assistants, three tutors, and supplies and materials for our media center, technology resources, and parent involvement initiatives.
In addition, as a parent of a student in a Title I school, you may request information regarding the professional qualifications of your child's teacher. Parents have the right to request and be provided with information regarding any state or local educational agency policy regarding student participation in any assessments mandated by the state or local educational agency.
