A flyer for a Slam Dunk Literacy Night event on Thursday, March 6th, from 6-7:30 PM. The event features free pizza, bilingual story time, a hot shot contest, fun games, and the chance to earn March Madness points.

Come out to Coltrane-Webb on Thursday, March 6th from 6-7:30pm for an evening of fun! Some of the activities to visit will be

Students can even earn March Madness points as part of an upcoming challenge!

Rising Kindergarteners are invited to register during CWES Literacy Night which will be held on March 6th from 6:00-7:30pm.

Additional times for registration assistance:
- February 20, 2025 - 10:00am - 1:30pm

CWES is a Top-10 Title 1 School in N.C. for Closing the Achievement Gap

Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary School has been recognized as one of the top-10 Title 1 schools in the state of North Carolina for closing the achievement gap.  The award, presented by the North Carolina Association of Federal Education Program Administrators (NCFEPA), is based on CWES’ 2023-2024 academic achievement data.

RISE Classified Employee of the Year

 

Ms. Nunes, RISE Classified Employee of the Year, is surrounded by colleagues and friends.

Ms. Nunes, Data Manager at Coltrane-Webb STEM, was recognized  as the Cabarrus County Schools district winner of the Recognizing Inspiring School Employees (RISE) Classified Employee of the Year award!  This award honors and promotes classified school employees who provide exemplary service to students.
