STUDENT WELLNESS SURVEY
During the months of October and March, students in grades 3-5 will complete a survey at school to better understand their social and emotional learning skills and to reflect on how they perceive these skills in themselves. All students will participate in the survey, as their responses will provide invaluable insights into their experiences and how we can improve and adapt our services to their needs. This survey has been approved by our school board and will be administered to all students in the county in grades 3-12.
Below is more information as well as the survey questions the students will be completing. If you have any questions about the Student Wellness Survey please reach out to your child's School Counselor - Mrs. Monto (Grades K, 1, 2 and 5) or Mrs. Bolumen (Grades 3 and 4).
